Strung on strong elastic cord, it will give and stretch and is very comfortable. The beads are 8mm and that is a perfect size, not bulky and not too light weight. The silver spacer bead is used to hide knots and is made of Tibetan silver known for its healing properties (the pic has a different spacer that is not currently used).
Regular size of the bracelet is ~ 7 inches or 18 cm (circumference). If you need a different size, please specify in the note to the seller.The largest size is 8 inches.
