Strung on strong elastic cord, it will give and stretch and is very comfortable. The beads are 8mm and that is a perfect size, not bulky and not too light weight. Regular size of the bracelet is ~ 7 inches or 18 cm (circumference). If you need a different size, please specify in the note to the seller.The largest size is 8 inches.

The silver spacer bead is used to hide knots and is made of Tibetan silver known for its healing properties.
